I understand that municipal fields have policies and procedures that must be followed and take full responsibility for any liability or damage to fields and/or facilities during usage. I also agree to hold harmless the City of Union City in the event of injury or death, or damage to property resulting from field usage during this time period. I likewise, understand that facilities may not be used for personal profit, and thus will not be holding a camp or clinic during the period of usage. This permit is for recreational usage of a facility only, no organized team play is permitted.
