I understand that municipal fields are prioritized for sanctioned league and scholastic teams as a first priority.  I agree to take full responsibility for liability or damage to the facilities during usage.  I also agree to hold-harmless the City of Union City in the event of injury or death, and damage to personal property during the time of field usage.  This policy is for club and travel teams, and covers practice and games that may take place in a municipal facility.
