I understand prior to my application for permit, that only three forms of concessions/vending are permissible within the municipal facility. These include League Operated Concessions/Vending, League Operated with contracted outside vendor, or a philanthropic organization. I also understand that pursuant to Section 9 of the Operational Policies, Procedures and Guidelines of the Union City Department of Turf Management and Facility Operations that all documentation of expenditures and revenues regarding the vending that occurs on municipal property must be submitted following the season of usage. I also understand, and have read in full the obligations of each form of permissible concessions/vending within the municipal facility. I agree to these policies, and understand that failure to complete all aspects of the agreed policies will result in denial of a permit to operate in the future. As such, I agree on behalf of my organization to adhere to all policies and guidelines that have been set forth.
